Referral Rewards

Earn $500 when your referral buys a home from Bell Mobile Homes. A reward becomes eligible for review only after the referred customer completes the program's qualifying event and the dealership verifies eligibility.

Referral links remain eligible for attribution for 180 days. Employees, self-referrals, duplicate registrations, inaccurate information, fraud, and referrals that do not meet dealership requirements may be ineligible. If the referred person was already a dealership lead, eligibility requires dealership review.

Bell Mobile Homes may review, reject, suspend, or end a referral when eligibility cannot be verified or abuse is suspected. Future program availability and terms may change. Terms version: 2026-09-09.
