Manufactured home financing
Financing a new manufactured home is easy at Bell Mobile Homes. Our team can help you compare lender options and we even have options for bad credit or first-time homebuyers.
Rates and options vary by buyer, home, land, and lender. We always help you get the best rates available.
Financing options
There is no one loan for every buyer. We can help you compare the different home loan options that fit your home and property.

Home and land
You want land? We got it. Already own land? You might qualify for no money down as your land can change the best financing and setup path.
Why financing can stay simple
You do not need to figure out chattel, land-home, FHA, VA, or USDA on your own first. We help narrow the path before the paperwork gets heavy.

Bell Mobile Homes In-House Financing
Start with the numbers
This is a fast comfort-range estimate, not a lender decision. It gives buyers a clean starting point instead of guessing.
Simple process
A few basic details can help narrow the options fast.
1. Pick your monthly home budget
Tell us the size, floor plan, and budget you want.
2. Tell us about land & where the home will be placed
Share where the home will go and whether you already own the property or need land.
3. Compare new home financing paths
We can help you review national lenders, rates, FHA-VA-USDA loans, and Bell's in-house financing to lock in a monthly payment.
4. Plan the complete home project
Look at the home delivery, accessories, setup, site work, and other important costs before we close on your new home.
Bell can help you discuss lender paths that may fit different credit situations, but no website or dealership can promise approval. Eligibility, rate, down payment, and terms depend on the lender's review of the full application.
No. You can start the conversation before you own land. Tell the Bell team whether you already own property, are still searching, or want to compare a home-only purchase with a land-home path.
In some programs, eligible land equity may be considered as part of the transaction. How it is valued and whether it can reduce cash needed at closing depends on the lender, appraisal, title, existing liens, and program rules.
An existing land loan does not automatically rule out a land-home project. The lender will need to review the balance, lien position, property value, and proposed loan structure before explaining the available options.
Home-only financing generally covers the manufactured home without combining the land into the same loan. Land-home financing may combine an eligible home, land, and certain approved project costs, subject to lender and program requirements.
The amount varies by loan type, credit profile, land equity, home, and property. Some qualified buyers may have lower-down-payment options, but Bell will not present a down payment as guaranteed until a lender reviews the application.
Potentially. Self-employed applicants may be asked for tax returns, bank statements, profit-and-loss information, or other income documentation. The lender determines what is required and whether the income qualifies.
Some land-home programs may allow certain eligible site improvements to be included. This is property- and lender-specific, so estimates, approvals, inspections, and program limits must be reviewed before costs are treated as financed.
Yes. Bell Mobile Homes in Levelland works with buyers from Lubbock and communities across the South Plains. The team can help organize the home, land, budget, and location details a lender will need.
Start with a realistic budget and a conversation about your income, debts, land status, location, and timeline. Bell can then help you identify the information and lender path to explore next without promising a particular approval.
Ready when you are
Whether you're ready to prequalify now or you just want someone to sense-check the numbers, the next step is the same: talk to a human who can explain the path clearly.
